Selling a house is an art. It is not a career for the faint of heart. Louise has it down to a very fine art indeed. She is respectful of her client's needs and wants but will not sacrifice truthfulness just so you hear what you want to hear. I think the longest I waited for a response from Louise when I contacted her was 10 minutes. She gets back to you right away, tries to alleviate your fears (which I had many), and is more like a friend but at the same time remains very professional. I know I was not her only client but I truly felt like I was. A great combination in this line of work. My only regret when a SOLD sign was placed on my lawn was that I wouldn't be talking to Louise on a regular basis anymore.
